  • 1/8 pound ground pork
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/8 pound ground beef
  • ½ pound thinly sliced, boneless beef steaks
  • ¼ pound thinly sliced, boneless pork steaks
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 (1 1/4-pound) flank steak
    • ¾ teaspoon pepper

Trim excess fat from flank steak; pound to 1/8-inch thickness using a meat mallet, and set aside. Combine salt, pepper, and ginger; rub 1 teaspoon mixture into flank steak.
