Old Dominion Pork And Sauerkraut


  • Hot biscuits
  • 3 (16-ounce) cans chopped sauerkraut, undrained
  • 1 ½ pounds pork loin country-style ribs, cut into serving-size pieces

Place ribs in a lightly greased 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Add sauerkraut to baking dish, completely covering and surrounding ribs. Cover; bake at 350° for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Transfer sauerkraut and ribs to a warm serving platter. Serve with hot biscuits.
