Onion Baked Pork Chops 3
Ingredients
- 1 egg well beaten
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- ½ cup(s) dry bread crumbs
- 1 envelope Liptons golden onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 400°. In small bowl combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in beaten egg then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and cook uncovered for 20 mins or until done.
