Onion Baked Pork Chops 4
Ingredients
- 1 packet(s) dry onion soup mix
- 1/3 cup(s) plain dry bread crumbs
- 4 thick) pork chops (1 inch )
- 1 egg, well beaten
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumbs, until evenly coated. In lightly greased 9 by 13- inch pan, arrange chops. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until done, turning once.
