Onion Baked Pork Chops
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick, (3 lbs)
- 1/3 cup(s) bread crumbs
- 1 packet(s) dry onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 400°. In a small bowl, combine onion soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, until evenly coated. Arrange chops on cookie sheet. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until done, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
