Ingredients

  • Pork:
  • 4 (5-ounce) bone-in center-cut pork chops
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 3 apples, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped (about 4 cups chopped)
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 2 tablespoons canola oil
    • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • ¾ teaspoon salt
    • Applesauce:
