  • 1 (7-ounce) package dried mixed fruit bits (such as SunMaid)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) bone-in center-cut pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup sliced shallots

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle both sides of pork with salt and pepper.
