Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Molasses-Plum Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) bone-in center-cut pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 3 plums, pitted, peeled, and coarsely chopped (about 1 3/4 cups)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
- ½ teaspoon salt, divided
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- ¼ cup dried blueberries

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook 3 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
