Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 small head radicchio, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 pork cutlets
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

    • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
