Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 each(s) chopped onion, celery & green pepper (¾ cup each)
  • ¾ cup(s) uncooked rice
  • 2 pound(s) ground beef or pork
  • 1 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 Eggs

Mix all but the meat together. Add meat and mix. Make into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sauce: 2 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. ketchup. Boil & pour over meatballs.
