Pork Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
  • ½ teaspoon(s) dry ground mustard
  • 1 cup(s) chopped celery
  • ½ cup(s) chopped onion
  • 8 buns
  • 1 pound(s) ground pork
  • ¾ cup(s) Catsup
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
    • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar

Brown ground pork, onion and celery in skillet. Drain. Add sugar, vinegar, mustard, catsup, and flour. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve on buns with favorite condiments.
