Ingredients

  • ¼ cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 4 fresh red or green cherry peppers or 2 fresh red jalapeños
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 4 1-inch-thick bone-in pork chops
    • ½ cup chicken stock or low-sodium chicken broth
    • 1 teaspoon rosemary
