  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups baby carrots (½ 16-ounce package), quartered lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ¼ cups apple cider
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 8-ounce pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup orange juice

Using a mallet, gently pound each pork chop between two sheets of plastic wrap or wax paper until it is about 1/2 inch thick.
