Pork Chops with Curried Apple-Onion Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • 4 8-ounce pork chops
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 large apple

    • ¾ cup canned low-salt chicken broth
    • ½ onion
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
