Pork Chops with Curried Barley Pilaf

Ingredients

• Vegetable cooking spray
• 4 (6-ounce) center-cut loin pork chops
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon curry powder, divided
• 1 ¼ cups chopped onion
• ¹/₃ cup golden raisins
• 1 cup fine barley, uncooked
