Pork Chops with Delicious Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon butter
• 4 boneless pork chops
• seasoned pepper to taste
• seasoned salt to taste
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 3 tablespoons sour cream
• ¼ cup milk
