  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup country-style Dijon mustard
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup shallots
  • ½ cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
