Pork Chops with Warm Pineapple Salsa
- 6 (6-ounce) lean boneless pork chops
- Caribbean Spice Rub
- Warm Pineapple Salsa
- Vegetable cooking spray
Rub pork evenly with Caribbean Spice Rub. Place on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray, and place rack in broiler pan. Broil 5 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with Warm Pineapple Salsa.
