Pork Dumplings with Tangy Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ pound lean ground pork
- 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups water, divided
- Tangy Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup finely shredded napa (Chinese) cabbage
- ¼ cup chopped green onions

- 1 (16-ounce) package wonton wrappers (60 wrappers)
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl; stir until blended. 2.
