Pork Pot Stickers

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon peanut oil
• 1 cup water
• 30 gyoza skins
• Cooking spray
• 8 ounces lean ground pork
• ¹/₃ cup chopped green onions (about 2)
