Pork Tocino Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1lb pork cutlets, chopped into 2″ pieces
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 small beet, peeled and diced into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp course ground celtic sea salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ tsp of black pepper

1. In a pan over medium high heat, melt the coconut oil and add the chopped onion and pork. Let it cook for 4 minutes and then add the Celtic Sea salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar and honey.
