Ingredients

  • ¾ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut pork loin chops
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup chopped shallots
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle over pork chops. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook 3 minutes on each side.
