Ingredients

  • 2 (3/4-inch-thick) center-cut boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 large egg, separated
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 24 won ton wrappers
  • ¼ cup plum sauce
  • 1 (14-ounce) can fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 1 tablespoon chopped peeled fresh ginger
    • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves, loosely packed
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons sesame oil, divided

Combine plum sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Place green onions and next 3 ingredients in a food processor; pulse 10 times or until mixture is finely chopped.
