Potato Sausage Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• Minced fresh parsley, optional
• 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 cups sliced peeled potatoes
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup chopped onion
• ¾ cup milk
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 can (10-¾ ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
