Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs

Ingredients

• ¹/₃ cup(s) raspberry chipotle salsa
• ¼ cup(s) bread crumbs, plain or seasoned
• 2 tablespoon(s) milk or cream
• 1 teaspoon(s) basil, dried
• 1 teaspoon(s) oregano, dried
• slices bacon
• egg, beaten

  • ¼ cup(s) onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic, fresh, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • ¼ cup(s) dried craisins, chopped
