Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • 8 teaspoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 3 cups thinly sliced onion
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • Cooking spray
  • 8 hard taco shells
