  • 1 Tbs. Asian sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Asian chili sauce (like Sriracha)
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tsp. five-spice powder
  • 2 Tbs. light brown sugar
  • 2 racks pork spareribs (about 9 lbs.)
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup peeled and coarsely chopped fresh ginger
    • 1 Tbs. Asian sesame oil
    • 2 tsp. cornstarch
    • 2 Tbs. canola oil
    • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 Tbs. white vinegar
    • Kosher salt
    • 2 medium cloves garlic, coarsely chopped

Position a rack in the center of the oven. Heat the oven to 325°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place a cooking rack on top of the foil.
