  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Sliced tomato
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
    • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
    • Crpes

Cook sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink; drain well.
