  • 6 ripe Italian plum tomatoes
  • 1 pound each sweet and hot Italian sausage, pork or turkey
  • ½ cup dry red wine
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 10 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
    • 1 cup prepared marinara sauce
    • 1 large onion
    • 1 pound linguine
