Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 serrano pepper, split*
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon pepper
    • ½ cup chopped onion
    • 1 (1-lb.) package fresh collard greens, washed, trimmed, and coarsely chopped

1. Sauté onion and next 3 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet or wok 1 minute. Stir in salt and pepper. Add greens; sauté 2 minutes.
