Sautéed Sausage and Grapes with Broccoli Rabe
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, shaved (about ¼ cup)
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup white wine or water
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, divided

- 2 (4-ounce) links hot or sweet pork Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 pound broccoli rabe, trimmed and coarsely chopped
