Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, divided
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can no salt-added whole kernel corn, drained
  • Cooking spray
