Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium beef broth, divided
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 (2-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon paprika
    • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
