Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • Hot cooked rice
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
    • ½ cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons Crisco Pure Canola Oil
    • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
    • Thinly sliced green onions
    • 1 cup Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
    • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    • 1 cup shredded carrots
    • 4 cups chicken broth
