  • 1 ½ tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 (4-ounce) boneless pork loin chops
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon blackened seasoning

Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with seasoning. Place a large nonstick skillet over high heat until hot; add oil. Add pork chops, and cook 4 minutes on each side or just until done.
