    • MEAT:
    • ½ teaspoon(s) ginger
    • 6 ounce(s) orange marmalade
    • 1 tablespoon(s) cilantro - fresh and chopped
    • 1 teaspoon(s) red curry paste
    • 1 red pepper - chopped
    • 1 yellow pepper - chopped
