- ½ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- MEAT:
- ½ teaspoon(s) ginger
- 6 ounce(s) orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon(s) cilantro - fresh and chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) red curry paste
- 1 red pepper - chopped
- 1 yellow pepper - chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 15 ounce(s) tortilla chips
- 1 cup(s) Monterey Jack cheese - shredded
