Ingredients

  • Cooked spaghetti, for serving
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ small onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced oregano
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
    • 1 ½ pounds mixed ground beef, pork and veal
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
    • 3 ½ cups marinara sauce
    • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • ¼ cup milk

In a small bowl, soak the bread crumbs in the milk. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat with the soaked bread crumbs, the onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, egg, salt and pepper.
