  • 454g pack of M â€ÿMade By Us’ Butcher’s Pork Sausages
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped (or 1 tsp chilli flakes)
  • 3 red apples, cored and thickly sliced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    • 250ml orange juice
    • 1kg sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
    • 30g butter
    • ½ tsp ground ginger

1. Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas 6. Place the sausages in a large roasting dish with the oil, garlic, five spice, chilli and apples and toss to coat. Bake for 10 minutes. 2.
