Sylvia's Sassy Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, ½ inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon steak sauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
