  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin, rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
    • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    • ¼ teaspoon turmeric

Set oven racks in top and middle positions and preheat oven to 450°F. Mix lemon juice, yogurt, ginger, garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt, cumin, coriander, cayenne and turmeric in a blender until smooth.
