Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups uncooked white rice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 thinly sliced, bone-in pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
