Ingredients

  • Garnish: fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 (2 1/2-pound) boneless pork loin roasts, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ½ cup water
    • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    • 1 bay leaf
    • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
    • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Bring first 13 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaf.
