Cranberry Pork Roast 2

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless rolled pork loin (3 pound )
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cloves or a heaping ¼ teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 package(s) whole berry cranberries (can be frozen)
  • ½ cup(s) honey
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 grated orange peel (1 whole orange)
    • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg

Place pork in a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients (I just put them all over the roast and stir once everything has heated up/thawed); pour over roast.
