Cranberry Pork Roast 3
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground mustard
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cloves
- 2 tablespoon(s) cold water
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- ½ cup(s) Cranberry Juice

- 1 can(s) jellied cranberry sauce (16 ounce can)
- 1 boneless rolled pork loin roast 2-3 lbs.
Place pork roast in a slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mash cranberry sauce; stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast.
