Cranberry Pork Roast 7


  • 1 boneless, rolled Pork Loin (2.5-3 lbs)
  • 1 can(s) jellied cranberry sauce (16 ounce can)
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cloves
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • ½ cup(s) Cranberry Juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) Cold Water
    • Salt to taste

Put pork in slow cooker. In medium bowl, mash cranberry sauce. Stir in sugar, juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
