Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) jellied cranberry sauce (16 oz. can)
  • 1 boneless pork loin roast 2 ½ lbs.
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cold water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard
    • ½ cup(s) Cranberry Juice

Place pork roast in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mash cranberry sauce; stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
