Cranberry Pork Roast 8
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) sugar
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cloves
- 1 can(s) jellied cranberry sauce (16 oz. can)
- 1 boneless pork loin roast 2 ½ lbs.
- 2 tablespoon(s) cold water
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch

- ½ cup(s) Cranberry Juice
Place pork roast in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mash cranberry sauce; stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
