CRANBERRY PORK ROAST

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) cranberry sauce whole berries (16 ounce can)
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup(s) honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) grated orange eel
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 boneless rolled pork loin roast 2 ½ lbs)
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cloves

Cut roast in half and place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until meat thermometer reads 160. let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
