Honey-Peanut-Glazed Pork Loin

  • Honey-Peanut Glaze
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 (2-lb.) boneless pork loin roast, trimmed
