Midwestern Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork loin
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large sandwich buns
