  • 2 racks Pork Loin Baby Back Ribs (4 pounds)
  • 6 tablespoon(s) Adams Reserve Southwest Ancho Sear and Crust
  • 1 jar(s) San Carlos Mole Sauce

Heat oven to 325 degrees F with one oven rack placed in bottom third of oven and a second oven rack placed 5 to 6 inches from broiler. Season ribs with rub; press to adhere.
